Recognizing the strategic importance of technological innovation for air defense, the parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to bolster Ukraine's security and global stability.
This MoU signifies a deepening of Helsing's commitment to Ukraine. In February 2024, Helsing signed a Memorandum on cooperation in the field of security and defense with Ukraine's Minister of Strategic Industries, Alexander Kamyshin.
Helsing is a German company that develops software and integrates AI into defence technologies, collaborating with some of the largest defence manufacturers in the world. It has been operating in Ukraine since 2022.
The partnership between Skyeton and Helsing highlights the value of innovative technology in Ukraine's efforts to deter and defend against aggressors. The integration of AI will enhance Ukraine's defence capabilities, foster technological innovation in the defence sector, and strengthen ties between Ukraine and Germany, who share a commitment to democracy and security.
