History of the company

2006-2015
Skyeton was founded and began the development and manufacture of the K-10 Swift ultralight aircraft.
2015
Skyeton pivoted to Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), developing its flagship – Raybird.
2016
Early prototypes and testing: little did we know that we were on the verge of crafting a product that would surpass global industry leaders in several critical parameters.
2018
Raybird entered mass production and was adopted by the Armed Forces of Ukraine as the ACS-3.
2019
Raybird set a Ukrainian record with a continuous flight duration of 24 hours and 31 minutes.
2020
Skyeton expanded internationally, broadening its reach and forging partnerships across the globe.
2022
While a part of our team mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Raybird successfully carries out countless missions in the combat zone. Due to its exceptional capabilities, Raybird has become a key aerial reconnaissance tool for the Ukrainian Forces.
2023
We started construction of a plant in the European Union. Intensified BVLOS certification activities from the Swiss office. Received patent confirmation for two inventions in the USA and published patent applications in the EU. Implemented IFRS financial reporting.
2024
Commissioned the first European plant in Slovakia and decided to build a second plant in the EU. Started forming a European R&D center. Submitted several patents for registration in the EU and started working on patent coverage in Asia.
