Designing and developing UAV components and elements.
Preparing comprehensive design documentation.
Providing production and operational support for developed components.
Designing technological equipment for UAV systems.
Creating production documentation and detailed instructions.
Working with various payload types, including optical and radar systems.
Communicating with equipment manufacturers and service engineers in English.
At least 3 years of experience as a Design Engineer.
Strong expertise in designing components and assemblies for general mechanical engineering.
Proficiency in SolidWorks as the primary design tool.
Experience in strength calculations;
Knowledge of Ansys
Knowledge of English at level B1 and above.

Solid understanding of general technological processes for manufacturing composite products and molds.
Hands-on experience with composite materials such as pre-pregs, resins, fiberglass, and carbon fiber.
Expertise in automating the production of composite products, including autoclave molding, automated lamination, infusion, and vacuum molding.
Proven experience in developing and documenting technological processes for production.
Proficiency in English is a plus.

Specification and definition of communication system solutions and budgets through to design, development and testing of RF and microwave communication systems to meet user requirements.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met.
5 years or more experience in designing and developing RF and Microwave communication systems.
Experience in antenna selection and/or design.
Design and development of link budgets and solutions for RF/Microwave communication systems.
Experience with ground station design principles.
Experience with military and/or aerospace communications systems.
Experience with DSP/SDR, satellite communication systems.
Experience in ITU licensing and working with regulatory authorities is an advantage.
Fluency in English.
